I placed an order on NOV 26, 2021 for a loupe light. It is now DEC 12/07/21 and I have no email indicating that my purchase has been shipped. I called lumadent customer service two times last week asking about my order and was told it would take 24-48 hours for them to ship my order; but those were empty promises.
Customer service as well as communication has been very disappointing. I'm thinking about canceling my order now.
