At first I didn’t know how to adjust the light intensity…the first setting was very dim so I wrote an unfavourable review. I didn’t know how to change the intensity properly by holding the button down and waiting for it to increase. Customer service responded quickly and Brian was very understanding and helpful.
The light is great and the battery lasts the entire day and charges quickly. I think there’s three levels of intensity to choose from. Delivery was fast and the price was very reasonable.
