I bought a loupe light and 3 batteries from Lumadent a really long time ago. 14 years ago to be exact. A few weeks ago they started to act up (it happens every few years - the switches wear out and need to be replaced). It would have been easy for Lumadent to make the repair process a pain in the butt - it usually is when shipping to Canada. Instead, my rep Michelle went above and beyond for me, not just exceeding my expectations but blowing them out of the water. I know I'm not the only one out there who really trusts Lumadent. You know you will be taken care of. The company makes great products, but more importantly they stand behind them - even 14 years later.
