I had my flip up 3x loupes, couple months ago and had some issues with the bar that hold the loupes, I felt that I wasn't able to see completely clear and I got in contact with Sierra at the costumer service, who is amazing and addressed my complaint and solve my problem diligently. They re-design a brand new bar for the flip up loupes and sent me one, it took a little bit, but it was worthy, now I love my loupes, they are amazing and with the pro lux LED light they work perfect.
