First off, friendly and immediate customer service when I walked in without an appointment. I had a problem with my battery which I have had and used extensively for over a year. I knew it was out of warranty and I expected to pay, at the very least, to fix it, or, to have to buy a new one. Instead, they gave me a brand new one for free and explained how much they valued me as a customer!!! Most Excellent!
