This is a retrospective review, I prior had a bad experience with the lumadent returns team that lasted several months, in which I was unable to gain a resolution to my problem. I am pleased to say that now that the whole situation is resolved, the team certainly went above what was expected for the normal returns process, up to sending new equipment at no profit to the company to resolve my dispute.
I am overall very satisfied with how Lumadent managed the situation, and i would once again shop at the company in the future
