I returned 31 boxes of Brazilian Cumaru solid hardwood floors because of the gaps between the planks when laid.The manager at the store name willie promised to credit my card,but they never gave me a refund.I had to do a charge back with my credit card to get money back.My experience with lumber liquidators has been awful.They also filed a claim with my credit card company saying I owe them $373,but my contractor returned every box of wood.
