I'd really like for someone from Lumo to contact me directly as I can't contact them, as I don't have an account. I know they're an 'online app' but I moved into a property supplied by them nearly 2 months ago and have heard nothing from them. The online forms don't work as you need an account number. The moving house form doesnt work unless you input your bank details, even though this is supposedly optional. You also cannot 'skip this step' as it says you can do underneath. Very, very annoying. I've tried contacting Ovo but nothing from them either.
