Bought a lunar Venus 550/4 so disappointed first of all we seemed to have a shadow on the toilet wall just out of warranty but the dealer said he would change the seal on the toilet door no change the shadow got bigger so had the dealer look at it again said he would seal above the lip on the outside of the caravan on the toilet door no change saw a shadow on the wall by the front side window of the van so again the dealer said he would replace the first part of the awning rail and that seemed to be better any way couple of weeks past and to my horror there was a shadow all down the wall from the cooker all the way down the side of the fixed single bed we paid 13,000 pounds for this 2015 van and have been told we will get 5,000 pounds back we are still paying this off so will never be able to buy another caravan I think lunar should be ashamed of them selves and just hope they can live with the fact that they are scamming people out of money
