My Lupe is an amazing upright cordless machine, it’s suction is very efficient on the normal power, I haven’t needed to use power + often, it is good to know it’s there when needed. The battery allows me to clean all of my 4 bedrooms thoroughly before needing recharged. A simple push of a button is all that’s needed to deactivate the roller for hard floors. I love it’s flexibility of movement, changing direction is so easy. The Head fits under radiators and it’s lower side fits cleans easily under my bed which has only a few mm of clearance from the floor. There is no loss of suction when the tools are activated. The tools are very well designed, BUT the length of the flexible hose is ridiculously short even with the handle attached as I am not able to reach the ceiling. I also find that the upright part keeps falling over while using the tools, so I have to hold on to it with my other hand, this makes moving/ lifting bits and bobs a frustrating process. This final point alone would be the ONLY reason to return my Lupe within its trial period. For the price I feel the Lupe experience should be a complete one. Please tell me you are addressing this issue soon, as I really don’t want to part with it. On the whole I’d like thank you for changing a chore into a much shorter generally, (tool use not included) more pleasant experience.
