The vacuum is great and delivers most of what promises but honestly the noise is alarmingly high to the point that the cleaning lady needs to use hear plugs. If I would know this in advance I would never buy the vacuum and would go for one from your competition.
Hopefully you can solve the issue in a future iteration and find a way to replace this one without a great cost for me.
