Great base technology - lots of suction. However, the device has several shortcomings. The hose is MUCH too short. It's impossible to clean high ceilings with it, without having to hoist the entire unit up to about shoulder level. The lack of edge cleaning on the brush head is also a major bummer, as it means I need to go back over the baseboard edge with the crevice tool. Stairs are just too fidgety with this unit. A suction-powered small brushhead would be an ideal accessory for stair cleaning.
