I live in a small space with 2 cats. I needed something that was easy-to-use, cordless, compact, and that would last a long time. It was expensive for me, but when I saw that all the parts were easy to replace on my own, I was sold. I really dislike throwing away big appliances or going into repair shops, so knowing this is something that can be easily repaired and potentially last 10 years or more was the biggest selling point for me. I just hope they do well financially, so that Lupe can expand and get a shipping location in the US. Shipping was expensive. I have been using it for a couple weeks now. It works great. The thing I didn't expect is how powerful and efficient it would be on the "low-power" setting. I bought 2 batteries since I thought I would be using medium and high-power modes, but really I didn't need to. The low setting cleans great and lasts a whole hour. I've seen some complaints about the shorter hose length on the hand tool and how cleaning the dust bin takes a few extra steps. I noticed these things, but it really wasn't a problem for me. If those two things are going to drive you mad, then, maybe this isn't the vacuum for you. I have seen complaints that it is loud. I felt like it was only loud on high-power mode. Otherwise, it is relatively quiet for a vacuum. Much quieter than the previous ones I've used anyways. Lastly, I like that it stands up on its own.
