I aim this review mostly at Lupe, but hope it will help others too. Lupe - what attracted me was your promise and declared aim. So far, every aspect of these has been fully kept, and even despite the unexpected covid19 breakout. I do hope the future development will (As declared and promised) be with serious consideration of compatibility with previous versions (Like batteries, motors, brushes and props...). The product - has a unique wonderful ease of use, both hand held and carriage use. Has a brilliant planing, carriage pushed and especially maneuvered effortless and accurately, the brushes on the carriage can be stopped by a designated button (for long hair carpets or hairy surfaces), power of suction is good on all props and no clogging of airways, even by relatively large objects. The batteries signal when about to be exhausted and I do hope when charged are not only showing "fully charged", but also have protection from over charging, and over exhaustion, before any damage occurs. I also assume (for the sake of users like me, who live in areas of the world where things have to travel a long way to be replaced) that the engineering of the batteries take into serious consideration the life span of the batteries (Number of charging and discharging cycles) and not only their working times when they are not old/mature. I look forward to be using "Pure cordless" for many years, with at least as much satisfaction it gives me so far :-)
