I have been using Lupe for about a month now, and I love it! I've never used a cordless vacuum before, and it's so much better than I could've imagined! These are the things that make me happy I ordered the Lupe ~Lighter than any of the corded vacuums I've used ~Great sucking power ~Battery lasts a long time for me (I vacuum a medium-sized living room plus a hallway 2-3x per week, and I've only needed to charge the battery once so far; have also vacuumed the small kitchen, so it works on laminate too) ~Compact size ~Easy to maneuver ~Both included tools attach easily to the Lupe so they won't get lost ~Quieter than other vacuums ~Easy to empty So far I haven't found anything that I don't like about the Lupe, and look forward to many years of use. NOTE: I was one of the people who purchased through the Kickstarter campaign. Because of the pandemic, shipping was greatly delayed, through no fault of the seller. It was for that reason that the item took so long for delivery. However, the folks at Lupe Technology were great about keeping us up-to-date on what was causing delays, so we were well informed about the process along the way.
