Firstly this is a great product, a lot better than our Dyson big ball vacuum. It is easier to maneuver and not having a power cord that gets in the way is also much better. Although it can be converted in to a handheld unit, it is not as versatile as other dedicated handheld vacuums, however it is a nice feature to have. As this is a first generation model, I would like to see the following improved in future models. 1) longer battery life so you can use it on high suction mode for longer, 2) a more comfortable handle for handheld use (the long handle attachment port release switch gets in the way), 3) accessory attachment clips to be on the opposite side so I don't have to fight with twisting the vacuum hose to use them the right way up and 4) the ability to turn on and off the brush head with my foot not just a button on the main body & maybe to also not have the brush head start automatically when moved from the upright position. Again I'm very impressed with this unit and won't be going back to using the Dyson any time soon.
