We received the Lupe vacuum cleaner a few months ago and have been using it ever since. We have a Dyson full size machine at home as well as Samsung robo vacuum t cleaner. We have a dog whose hair create a challenge for every machine. Ever since we got the Lupe vacuum cleaner we use it the most, it’s power is remarkable, battery life between charges is exceptionally good, and we simply love this machine. It’s design the versatility and the clever and elegant way it shifts between tasks automatically- on parquet floor to carpet to stone etc. it’s a very well designed unit. We had a charger that had a contact issue. We contacted the manufacturer and in no time, no questions asked we got a new charger by currier. Excellent product, neat design and backed by excellent service. We are very happy with our decision. Thank you guys at Lupe !
