After going through 5 of the best and ending up sending them all back within 30 days, we have settled with this one! A few issues still, though - 1) no powered brush adaptor option to use the hose with - it's just a hose, no power and hence not power brush capable. Doing stairs is harder, for example. 2) There is no led light at the front - big downfall! In fact, until i bought 2 key ring leds to put on the front, my wife wanted it sending back because of it! 3) When using on our thick pile carpet, on full power (this has replaced our plug in vacuum cleaner as its strong enough for a deep clean), the motorised brush head stalls every time and the light flashes! Not good because the power of suction is the main reason we went for this one! 4) Buttons to stop and start are not in the handle but on the main body. 5) Hose is far too short.
