For a battery powered portable vacuum, Lupe has created a very good first pass at a solution that delivers better suction and lasts long enough on its highest power setting to clean your entire house, even if it's fairly large. However with great power comes great responsibility. I've already had the roller brush break in half for reasons that are mostly unknown, best guess from their customer service is that it was a defective part. I am concerned about some of the parts used because they don't feel heavy duty enough. Issues include the collection bin which is hard to empty completely, the location of the controls cause me to accidentally turn on the vacuum when trying to open the collection bin, the lack of forward facing LED lights to clearly light your path are some examples where improvement is needed. That said, it's still better than just about every other brand except perhaps Dyson, but it's less expensive. If it lasts 3-4 years then it was definitely the best option for the price. I bet the next version of this will be really great considering how much they got right on their very first production run. Their customer service is responsive, I got a replacement to my front door within 48 hours from a simple chat inquiry. I would definitely recommend this company and product to others based on my overall experience.
