The unit arrived and after a short charge put it together and started to use. The only thing that happened was that a minor part was missing. Sent the company and email and with a day or so they had a new part on the way. From start to finish the part arrived within a week. This unit is well built and so far is working very well and has a great deal of flexibility. I like that you can only put things together "only the correct way". Be advised lots of ways to change this unit configuration and it can tackle many jobs. The only offer to the company would be the battery life, which on HIGH is shorter than one would expect.
