At first, I thought Lupe was hype. Before purchasing it, I had done some research, went to a Dyson store to personally check V11 Outsize. (I didn't get the feeling Dyson had a well-built quality, oops) Although Lupe isn't well known as their all competitors, I think they have a bright future. The vacuum itself is super easy to assemble right out of the box. Suction is powerful. If you need even more power, switch to maximum power, but careful; it's so strong, you'll need a strong hand to move it around. However, I wish it had a better anti-hair wrap system. Since all its parts are replaceable, they might bring it in the future. Customer service also could use some improvement. They haven't replied to my few emails. (just one reply so far) OK, back to the vacuum. Battery life is long to get the vacuuming done in a single charge. They shipped mine with DHL; it took them three days to deliver it to Los Angeles, which is pretty satisfactory. I'll update again if I notice something worth mentioning.
