Exceptional cleaning power BUT: 1) requires two, maybe three charges to clean a four bedroom home 2) roller catches long hair and takes a pair of scissors to cut free (will melt/smoke otherwise) 3) cumbersome to carry around while cleaning with the stick. Should have a better price point given the inconveniences. That said—for what it's worth—it does its job well. A deep and satisfying carpet clean.
