Vivant en France aucun problème pour la réception. J'ai eu un problème sur la batterie et le SAV à étais au top et rapide. L'aspirateur en lui même fais son boulot sans aucun soucis avec une durée de plus de 30 minutes. Juste un axe d'amélioration qui est pour les brosses en ce qui concerne les cheveux et poiles d'animaux.
