tl;dr: Some design features could be improved, but my allergies are pleased with initial results. Picks up better than our dyson. Moved into a rental with pet history, and my allergies were going nuts. So far, reviews are all accurate. Suction better than Dyson and the cordless + stand up is great. Picked up so much prior renter pet hair from these carpets. The hose could be longer and I'm not sure how great the suction is with the attachments. Tested it on the outside of our air purifiers and it picked stuff up, but the hose length was annoying and the device kept falling down because the hose was so short. Putting it as long as I could, I need to have the ability to use one hand to do something other than hold the machine up - like hold curtains straight while I vacuum them. Main handle needs to be adjustable - it is a bit short for me (5'8") but very short for my partner (6'4"). Less of my hair is getting caught in the main head compared to dyson, but I need to figure out how to get it out of the canister (it is wrapped around, per other reviews). Had to pull it out of the dyson head every use though, so this isn't so bad. The multi-country attachments are FANTASTIC for people who travel. Battery lasts long enough.
