I am returning as it just does work as expected. My review as follows: Pros Right out of the box impressed with the packaging with clear instructions Assembly easy We have rugs at entry ways that collect grass and dirt - picked up most everything No bag was a winner - emptying tank was easy We have 3,000 sq ft to clean. Battery lasted using regular and eco as needed. I thought it would be quieter - but - not so loud that I need my usual earplugs Product is built extremely well with nothing feeling cheap or skimped on. NO plastic 8. Air from sweeper exhausts high so dirt not low 9. Takes up little floor space Unfortunately none of the above make for an effective sweeper Cons Small brush that you attach to the long nozzle tube could have a wider opening and be bigger….as it clogs up with hair and also cannot run on eco and pick anything substantial off the floor If you don’t remember to turn off the brush roller after sweeping a carpet, it will suck up any electric cord on the floor. Attaching the hose back onto the main body is awkward. It requires you to turn the hose around which takes time. Hair on brush is difficult to remove Hair builds up on the sides of the head while sweeping instead of being sucked in. NO light Attachment holder just gets in the way Cannot get under low furniture like V11 or my corded vacuum. Tested the couch for cat hair removal - okay but hair tangles in brush entry A very big CON is transitioning from sweeper to hand held. At least 4 steps.! It is awkward but easier after doing several times - V11 Dyson much quicker Rotation of the head left and right on the floor took a while to get used to because it turns quickly. It tends to pull when turning. Did side by side comparison with a V11 Dyson and Dyson won hands down for ease of use.
