Very pleased with my new vacuum. I took that lovely thing out of the box — clear directions were enclosed but it you’ve ever vacuumed before, you can easily figure out how to put it together. After charging the battery, I put it through a heck of a workout— bare floors, expensive Navajo rug, cheap runners and throw rugs by the front and back doors, and stairs with wall-to-wall carpet full of dog hair. Almost 40 mins of vacuuming in all different modes and it worked like a champ. Great suction (had to adjust it lower several times) and highly maneuverable. // had a issue with my cyclone piece not coming out for cleaning as advertised…James at Lupe’s customer service Dept was terrific and issue was resolved. // all in all, I’m quite happy. // current vacuum is a Dyson.
