I am one of the guilty ones that has bought and thrown away SO many vacuum cleaners. I kept asking myself was I doing something wrong? My mother had her vacuum for 30 years! Well I cannot review this vacuum on the basis of longevity as I have only owned it for a week. However, I can say that it is cleaning my floors and rugs incredibly well! The whole house feels fresh! It was easy to put together and I was up and running very quickly. There are a couple of things I wish for in their next design. I am a short person and I wish the wand was extendable so I could reach further. And I wish I could get under furniture a little better. I was hesitant at first about buying the vacuum because of two reasons: the price and how long it would take to ship it to the US (Kentucky). Well I justified the price as I am hoping it will last and I believe it said there is a two year warranty. And I was shocked to receive my Lupe in only about three days via DHL. I can’t believe I’m saying this but I am excited about this vacuum!
