I'm breaking this review down into sections so people can read exactly what they want How I got to the Lupe: I've tried several cordless vacuums on Amazon and they have all had issues - low battery life, poor suction, cumbersome, etc. I decided to do my research on a high-end cordless vacuum - Dyson, Miele, Shark. I was on forums, reddit, and then eventually a YouTube channel names Vacuum Wars. If you have not checked out vacuum wars, you should! He does comprehensive videos and in depth analysis on literal hundreds of vacuums. His channel is where I found a detailed review of the Lupe, which I had never heard of before but I'm so glad I clicked on the video. My initial thoughts in my Lupe research: I was blown away by it's performance (top tier suction) combined with it's functionality (everything just works - self standing, attach additional attachments straight on the vacuum, easy to operate, switches from carpet to hardwood like a dream, and I can go on). I came to the website to see what they had to say about it, and the vacuum that I thought couldn't get better, did! You can buy replacement parts for all key components!! This is huge for the environment and a major plus for me in 2021 trying to cut down on plastic and general waste. What I use it for: I admittedly live in a small apartment (750 sq ft), but I can vacuum it all on normal suction (which is more than enough) and use approximately 25% battery. I have 2 cats and a mix of hardwood/carpet and the Lupe doesn't leave any pet hair, dirt, or debris on any surface. My first use of this was cleaning my whole apartment on high suction, which did take 100% battery, but the results were amazing! So much dirt left behind by my previous vacuum and now I usually just run it on normal suction. Not to mention, this actually makes vacuuming somewhat fun! Since you know you don't have to go over the same area twice. Overall Review: I love that Lupe is moving in a sustainable direction! Combine that with the fact that their vacuum is quite literally the best vacuum I've ever used, and you can call me a lifetime Lupe customer!
