An excellent vacuum cleaner. An almost perfect example of design and development, except for one feature. Why would the designer angle the louvers on the hepa filter cover upward so that the exhaust air blows directly on the face of the operator? This is a very irritating feature. I have had to fashion a deflector taped above the filter. I would think that a redesigned filter cover is needed that could be sent out to replace the units that have been sold. Other than that a great product.
