The simple, unique design does not compromise the power of this vacuum. Battery life is excellent and produces a dependable machine to get the job done; whether carpet, hardwood floors, tile, or upholstry. The easy to shift to a hand-held tool to remove dust or crumbs from cracks is wonderful. I did have problems with the initial unit shipped to me, and the quick response of the Lupe team to get me a replacement was commendable. I am most pleased.
