The Lupe vaccuum arrived slightly earlier than I expected, which was a pleasant way to start my week. When I turned it on, one of the first things I vacuumed was a low pile rug that even my full-size vaccuum cleaner struggles to pull pet hair off of. The lupe performed wonderfully, and I haven't seen that rug this clean in months. I did use the high power setting for the rug, but it was convenient to be able to switch back to a lower setting cleaning easier areas like a tile floor. Great product!
