My impression from the point I unboxed the item has exceeded beyond my expectations. I can see the care and thought that goes into the packaging, product design and user friendliness surpassed my expectations. I have been a long time user and devoted fan of another high end brand and Lupe is the one I have been missing all my life!! The ease of assembly and use shows the care and thought in the design overall. It is worth the wait and every single penny!
