We've only used the Lupe Vacuum system a few times since receipt, but so far WE LOVE IT.. It performs as you said it would. It's generally light-weight and, compared to the Dyson unit it has replaced, it does a better cleaning job.
Yes, we had to pre-order, but the communication was great and the delivery was actually slightly earlier than anticipated.
