The Lupe vacuum is really good. I like how everything is replaceable. There are three issues that I think can improve. 1. The plastic/rubber portion of the inside handle should use a different material. My experience with this type of plastic is that over time it collects a lot of grime that's difficult to remove and gets sticky. I think I understand it's there so that the smooth plastic doesn't cause the user to drop it if hands are wet. However it would be good to use less of this type of material, maybe use studded versions of this material instead. 2. The container for the dust canister needs to be pulled out directly perpendicular to the vacuum, otherwise it rubs against the top. I think people tend to think that it will pivot when taking it apart. I would consider redesigning that component slightly so that it allows for pivoting. 3. I was trying to vacuum up some shredded paper and it all got jammed up in the vacuum head. I did not use the hose to suck up the shredded paper. Not sure if I would consider this a design flaw as maybe it wasn't intended to be used that way. However my handhand Dyson does not have this problem with the vacuum head.
