I’ve had the Lupe cordless for a few months now. It’s heavier to handle than my previous Dyson D35 but the suction is excellent. The brush bar did stop working properly on it recently. The Lupe customer service dealing with this was quick , efficient and fuss free. I had my hoover back well within a week of sending it for repairs. It’s now working beautifully again. Thank you Lupe for making it a stress-free process! Definitely a competitive rival to Dyson!
