Lupe arrived very well packed in a first class pretty box. The machine was easy to assemble and after charging the battery we tried it out. It was a little tricky to get used to the head turning but one we had got the hang of it it was great innovation. It is so much easier to turn the handle to turn corners rather than turn your self and an upright vacuum round a corner. During the initial test we cleaned five bedrooms and the staircase and there was still life in the battery. We live in an old house and were surprised to find Lupe was pulling out dust from under the skirting board on carpeted floors. My wife is very house proud and was very shocked when this happened as the carpets are vacuumed regularly with a Dyson. On full power the sisle carpet in the lower hallway looks new again. We will probably purchase an additional battery as this would be useful. Well done Lupe Team we will report again when we try it hand held. Mike
