I was an initial backer and was determined to see it through. I received my vac last week and was surprised at how quickly it was up and running. The motor sounds like a turbine and the suction felt is very strong. Emptying the dustbin is straight forward and it needs to be, because with this sucker! It certain does fill it quick. Recharging time is very quick too. I have no complaints and would recommend this over many others that I have had including a D:))
