Instantly reset the benchmark for what I'd expect from a 'best of breed' vacuum in 2020. It just feels right, does a great job and hard to imagine how I didn't recognise quite what a chore a plugged-in or small handheld cordless were to use before. The unit seems very well made. I like the satisfying 'click' of the idiot-proof connections between component, and generally how it looks and feels. It has some character to it. Ive taken to calling it 'the penguin'. I find I'm vacuuming more frequently as its such a breeze to do so, and my home feels cleaner for it. Seems to have picked up some deeply ingrained cat hair from rugs that a powerful miele corded vacuum left behind. Great for the awkward spaces too, thanks to how easy it is to maneouvre. My only minor gripe is that the brush head is just a touch too large to be able to use well on my carpeted stairs. The hose extension makes it easy with the wide-headed wand attachment but is not as effective as a brush head on our cat's favourite wool carpet perch/scratching post. It's a minor gripe only though - and a tiny compromise given how much easier the whole rest of the house clean is. I keep expecting the extension hose to lose its neat appearance from my reaches to the tops of curtain rails and cornices - but as if by magic it resets itself beautifully. Just a top product that immediately upon owning, I couldn't live without. Great stuff, Lupe!
