I have been contacting Lush for several weeks as my invoice shows the Prostyles Daily Conditioning Spray was included on two purchases I made. Neither times was this received. Lush have acknowledged that this was their mistake (eventually even after I attached the invoice on two occasions) and confirmed they would forward me the product. Weeks later and this still hasn't been received and my email continues to be ignored.
There is such a simple resolution to this that should have been provided right at the beginning and this is to send me two lots of the spray. However, due to poor email communication and poor customer service provided within this communication from Mel, this has sadly resulted in me writing this review.
I purchase extensions worth £100+ at least once per year, often twice and sadly shall now longer be as there are many other competitive providers online. I continued to use Lush, probably around 10 years now as I never encountered any issues. What a shame to lose a customer due to something so minimal.
