I have a couple of comments. First, although I always pre-pay my parking in the short stay car park, when I exit the ticket machine NEVER recognises this and I have to contact the office to explain I've pre-paid. This has been going on for 2 years now! Why can't we just insert the ticket and drive out?
Also, I think Luton Airport should re-surface the short term car park. The surface is terrible, it's pot holed and broken up and yet we are expected to pay up over £40 per day for this!
