Parking process is very good.
Time taken to wait both on collection and return for bus can be very variable.
I use your mid term car park at least 3 times a month and it is usually quicker to walk to the terminal than get the bus which is both a pain and sometimes dangerous.
It is noticeable that the bus drivers tend to be very unaware of passengers making their way to the bus stops in the car park
