1) Overall the facility was satisfactory with the following exceptions
a) In the cold weather to have to wait for the transfer bus in an open shelter was rather painful.
b) The exit card obtained when entering the facility did not work on the way out. Although your operator answered fairly promptly, it was rather upsetting to use the card several times before help was offered.
2) Subject to the items above the price seemed reasonable, but in the future I would have some doubts about using the car park.
