I havent even stayed at their parking yet, but their customer service (if one can call it that) is nothing short of shockingly bad and disrespectful.
I had just purchased one weeks parking several months in advance of our trip, when my wife alterted me to the fact that we were departing from Luton but returning to Gatwick. Obviously my error but in these days of low cost flights from 5 different airports in the London area probably not too rare.
Within an hour of having booked I wrote to their customer services email to explain my error and expecing some sort of refund at least.
Instead I get a short generic email back saying that I cant change my parking reservation since my booking isnt flexible. This is kind of beside the point, which is that when one has purchased something in error, it is customary to get a refund (especially since I alerted them immediately).
Very poor Luton Parking.
