Parking was easy and close to the terminal but as I had prebooked I was slightly phased when I entered the car park, as I expected the the barrier to automatically recognise my number plate and let me in. I took a ticket however and decided to worry about what would happen when I returned the same day from my trip and drove my car out of the car park. At the point of leaving I put my ticket that I had taken when I arrived into the machine but it still didn't know that I had already paid and asked me for payment - at the full rate - not the prebooked rate. The situation was resolved however when I pressed the help button and gave my car park booking code to the operator who then let me through.
