Very impressed with their response to my car battery being flat when I returned at 11pm (owing to leaving interior light on). Went to the car park office to report it and they said to return to my car and await a van, which arrived within 10 minutes. The driver jump-started the car, checked I was happy, and was off. No complaints or fees or long waits--excellent.
