It was difficult to find parking slot, it looked to me overloaded.
When I was leaving I was stopped at the barrier, inserted a ticked and the machine asked me for a hilarious price to pay even I had it pre- booked.
When pressed button to get help to speak to someone, it took approx. 20 minutes while someone answered it, completely out of order, extremely disappointed.
