Confusing to know where to park.
Car park surface is atrocious.
Parking seemed haphazard (No clear lines)
The camera system did not pick up my car reg and give me a card. I had to take one and speak to someone on exit to be let out.
Also when booking to come back, I was not sure at what time I was supposed to be gone (and thus avoid having to incur unreasonable charges). The flight was late in the evening, so I was not sure if I should pay for an extra day. Extra stress that's really not needed.
I hate these technology based parking systems that have no human face to them (and I'm a geek).
The words that came to mind when I arrived at the airport was "Under Investment", "Disorganised", "This is horrible".
When I arrived at the parking... words were "You have got to be kidding..."
