When exiting the car park I was asked to pay £37 despite having pre booked and paid for my parking. I then had to wait at the barrier for someone to answer the phone to let me out.
This is pretty basic stuff. If you're going to operate a pre booking system it should, at the very least, recognise when people have pre booked.
