Luton's a horrific airport. Inside, with all the budget airline customers penned-in, pushing each other, and shepherded about in very long lines, is a horrid experience. Thankfully, the car parking next to the terminal was perfect. I was able to drive past the throngs of people walking from the carparks further away, drop the car with a very nice man, and hop into the terminal really quickly. Picking-up the car was similarly convenient and hassle-free. The guys that park and look after your car are a friendly bunch too. If you can justify the costs then I'd recommend it every time.
