Hi Normally an excellent service but this time, on the outward journey, the bus was full when it got back to stop one resulting in having to alight the next drop off bus at stop one so when it did full circle again it was full up so that stop one passengers could not alight. More or longer buses perhaps at these busy times! our wait time was 20 minutes instead of the advertised 10.
